Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Franchise Success Department. This role involves coordinating and managing projects aimed at enhancing franchise operations, ensuring franchisee satisfaction, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to franchise operations and support.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners.
- Task Management: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to franchisees on new processes and systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, IT, and finance teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project Completion Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
- Franchisee Satisfaction: Measured through surveys and feedback from franchisees.
- Task Completion Rate: Percentage of tasks completed by the assigned deadlines.
- Budget Adherence: Percentage of projects completed within the allocated budget.
- Risk Mitigation: Number of identified risks successfully mitigated.
- Training Effectiveness: Improvement in franchisee performance post-training, measured through specific metrics.
- Communication Efficiency: Timeliness and clarity of communication with stakeholders, measured through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of franchise operations is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in our Duluth, Georgia office.
- Occasional travel to franchise locations may be required.
